The Property consists of a main villa sleeping 14 people, and a cottage, sleeping 6 people. Please note that the prices refer to the villa only (therefore 14 guests). For larger groups don’t hesitate to contact us.

Interior

This Italian luxury Villa has traditional architecture and a fairytale atmosphere. The Property, which is accessed by a Tuscan entrance with a “loggia”, is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a double living room with splendid arches and ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The lounge opens onto the Villa’s panoramic terrace. Next to the living room there is a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for indulging in Italian recipes. All the rooms on the first floor open onto the wonderful panoramic garden of the Villa. On this floor, guests will also find a service bathroom. The sleeping area consists of 7 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with a common living room serving as a meeting point between the various bedrooms. Six of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the seventh room is on the attic floor. All the bedrooms have en-suote bathrooms. You will find two additional bedrooms in the two-story Cottage are on two floors.

Exteriors

Built on an embankment, the Villa enjoys an elevated position. The splendid panoramic garden is divided into two large areas: the belvedere terrace and the large garden surrounding the swimming pool, equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs. The outdoor dining table, in the shade of a gazebo, is ideal for al fresco dining. The Villa has a private parking.

Services included

Guests of the Villa have at their disposal various services included in the price: breakfast, a cook for dinner and a daily cleaning service. In addition, the reception of the Estate is available to Guests every day from 8.30 to 19.30 with Concierge services. The Estate’s Bistro, ideal for dining or buying local organic products, is open from 8.00 to 23.00. Finally, two tennis courts are available to Guests.

Just 54 km from Florence airport, this Tuscan villa is located in the picturesque Valdarno valley. The nearest center is the charming medieval village of Reggello, famous for the hills planted with olive groves and vineyards that surround it. We are in the most authentic heart of Tuscany, between cities of art and breathtaking landscapes. Do not miss a visit to Siena, Arezzo or to one of the many wineries in the Chianti area, not far from the Villa.
