The villa spans 400 m² over two bright, open floors. Each room highlights the breathtaking views while maintaining a refined, minimalist design.
On the main level, floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the living area and the lake. The lounge features a large sofa, a 55” LED TV, and a dining table for ten. The modern kitchen, built around a Corian island, includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Two elegant double bedrooms with lake views sit on one side of the living area, next to a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the other side, you’ll find a twin bedroom with 32” TV, a second bathroom, and the master suite. The suite offers a king-size bed, 40” TV, a private bathroom with a Dark Desert stone shower, and wide windows overlooking the pool.
The lower floor adds more comfort and entertainment. A second lounge with a dining area for ten guests connects to a private cinema room with Bose surround sound. There’s also a laundry room with washer, dryer, and bathtub, plus a garage for up to four cars.
Built with the highest standards, the villa features under-floor heating and cooling, air conditioning in every room, dimmable LED lighting, and fast Wi-Fi. SKY satellite TV is also available for guests.
Exteriors
The villa sits within a 1,000 m² landscaped garden, filled with olive trees, lavender, and Mediterranean plants. The spacious terrace provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade.
The spectacular infinity pool (14×4.5 m) seems to blend into the lake, creating a striking visual effect. Easy-access steps and built-in seating make it perfect for relaxation, while LED lighting adds a magical glow after sunset. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water completes the space, making it ideal for long summer days.
Location
Stresa Design Villa lies only 1.5 km from Stresa, one of the most picturesque towns on Lake Maggiore. Guests can enjoy charming cafés, boutiques, and restaurants, or take a leisurely stroll along the lakefront promenade.
From the ferry terminal, you can visit the Borromean Islands—Isola Bella, Isola Madre, and Isola dei Pescatori—or explore other lakeside towns. Stresa’s train station connects directly to Milan, making day trips to the city easy and convenient.

Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
