Gabrielle Exclusive Estate’s main villa is spacious and spread across several levels. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room with sofas, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a billiard room, and a guest bathroom.
Upstairs, the first floor features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and whirlpool tub. There is also a wellness room with a steam sauna and shower, a walk-in closet, and a laundry room. On the mezzanine level, a second master bedroom offers lake views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second floor has two more double bedrooms with private bathrooms (with showers), plus a smaller twin bedroom. This room has a private bathroom located just outside.
The dependance also has three floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen, dining area, and guest bathroom. This space opens to the garden and gazebo. On the first floor, there is a cozy living room with sofas and a TV, along with a twin bedroom and private bathroom. The top floor includes two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
All interiors are finished with care. In addition to classic charm, the estate offers modern comforts such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.
Exteriors
The private garden in Gabrielle Exclusive Estate offers incredible views of Lake Garda. Surrounded by trees, flowers, and greenery, it creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. In addition, the outdoor spaces include a beautiful pool area, ideal for relaxing during the day or enjoying a sunset in the evening.
There are also furnished terraces, a shaded gazebo, and spaces perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the fresh air. For added convenience, the property also features a heliport, making access quick and effortless.
Location
The estate is in a great position to explore the Lake Garda area. It is only a 5-minute drive from the towns of Garda and Torri del Benaco, and a short walk from the village of Albisano. Furthermore, it is easy to reach well-known cities like Verona (25 km), Mantua (30 km), and Venice (90 km).

Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

Not included in the priceCleaning cost: €1,100 — includes 3 hours of daily cleaning (bedrooms and bathrooms only) plus a midweek change of towels and linens. Tourist tax: 2€ per person/night.
Available ExtrasExtra cleaning service: 30€ per hour. Breakfast and chef service. Yoga classes, hiking, fishing, or boat trips on the lake.
