The Lakeview Splendid Villa’s interiors include luminous veranda. Facing the lake, its white fabric ceiling and elegant glass panels create a beautiful atmosphere. In this veranda, guests will find a spacious living room, a dining room and the kitchen. Fully equipped, the kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher and features a marble island, ideal for cooking sessions.
Right inside the villa, guests will find three elegant double suites. Each suite features a king size bed, a living area and an en suite bathroom. The modern marble bathrooms include a spacious shower and lovely bathtub in two of the three for relaxing moments.
Wifi and air conditioning feature throughout the property for guests’ maximum comfort, as well as satellite TV.
Exteriors
The villa’s garden features a large infinity pool, treated with a natural salt water system. Surrounding the pool, guests will find plenty of sundecks and parasols for days of relaxing with splendid views of the lake. The pool may also be heated on request. The shaded outdoor table is also ideal for delicious meals with a view. Moreover, a barbecue is at guests’ disposal.
Additionally, guests will find a wellness centre with a view of the garden and the lake. Here are a Finnish sauna, large shower, and lovely jacuzzi tub.
The villa is encircled by a beautiful, green garden and ancient olive groves for an exclusive experience of peace and relaxation. The garden is extremely well taken care of, with lovely, sweet smelling plants and flowers.
Location
This Lakeview Splendid Villa is located right on the edge of beautiful Lake Garda, just next to the town of Toscolano Maderno. With its rich history, art and culture, this lovely lakeside town also offers plenty of activities including golf, horse riding or hiking.
The main attractions including restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all no further than 2km away from the villa.
The pebbled beach of Toscolano is just 2km away from the villa, but for guests looking for sand, the Lido di Maderna is just 2,5 km away.

Booking and Payment
Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
