With its Art Nouveau style, the Lake Como Luxury Villa has been recently restored for guests to experience the best of modern comforts. Laid out over three floors, its location used to be the site of a medieval watchtower, and therefore offers spectacular views from every angle.

The 1st floor consists of four modern and elegant suites. The first one faces south and benefits from a balcony and terrace looking out onto the lake. A dressing room as well as a bathroom complete the suite. Two other suites also feature a balcony facing the lake, and a large shared bathroom joins them together. The fourth suite enjoys mountain views and sunsets with a large private bathroom.

The layout of the second floor mirrors the first. It therefore features four additional suites with their respective balconies and bathrooms.

The third floor is known as the entertainment area and provides guests with plenty of options to relax or have fun. It includes a TV, music system, projector and several board games. Another area features a pool table and kitchenette along with a toilet. This floor is particularly notable for its two incredible roof terraces, island bar and raised viewing platform to soak in the truly spectacular panorama.

The highest point of the house also features a final double bedroom with views of the lake from huge windows on two different sides. It also includes its en suite bathroom.

All three floors are connected by an elevator.

A pool house also features a kitchenette, dining area, bathroom and TV. Children’s beds are also available and can be added upon request.

The Lake Como Luxury Villa offers its guests numerous dining options. An inviting dining room features within the villa for colder days. Alfresco dining is also a possibility in three different locations. A pergola shelters an additional dining table on the immense terrace facing the lake. Two other dining locations nearer to the pool house and its kitchen. The villa includes a total of three kitchens, in the pool house, on the ground floor and on the top floor to adapt to guests’ dining preferences.

An exceptional wellness room also features in the luxury villa, and has been carved out of the cliff face for further spectacular views. It includes gym equipment, a steam room and shower facilities.

The caretaker’s apartment and laundry room is located in the basement.

Exteriors

An estate of 4.5 acres surrounds the Lake Como Luxury Villa, ensuring serenity and peacefulness for guests. A few metres from the house is the breathtaking infinity pool, heated with an attached Jacuzzi. Allowing a 360 view over lake Como, it is surrounded by deckchairs for plenty of sunbathing spots.

Location

The location of the luxury villa is one of the most sought after in the country. Set on the west bank of the lake, it benefits from proximity to gorgeous towns as well as tranquility and unbeatable views.

Though the villa has no immediate neighbours, the charming village of Pigra with its bars, cafes and restaurants is located 300m away. It is also the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking.

A cable car, also within walking distance from the villa may also take guests down to the lakeside town of Argegno with its sandy beach. Argegno also provides a wider range of restaurants and is the departure point for exploring other locations around the lake such Bellaggio and Como. The ferry service, or the villa’s private boat allow you to reach these destinations.

The villa is also an hour’s drive from Lugano International Airport and 75min drive from Milan Malpensa International Airport.
