Interiors
Lakeview Design Villa extends across two floors and features four king-size bedrooms. Its bright interiors combine modern design with comfort, while large windows offer beautiful views of Lake Garda.
The upper floor features a spacious, open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, guests can relax on a comfortable sofa and enjoy movies on the 75-inch TV. Additionally, an arcade cabinet with 3,600 classic games provides entertainment for all ages.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and connects to an elegant dining area. Furthermore, two spacious terraces offer comfortable furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The master bedroom is also located on this floor. It features a king-size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The lower floor is accessible via an internal staircase, the garden, or the garage. It includes a second living area with a sofa and TV.
Additionally, there are three king-size bedrooms, each with direct garden access. One bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Meanwhile, the other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
For added convenience, the villa includes a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Guests also have access to additional wardrobe space and the garage. Underfloor heating with individual temperature controls ensures comfort throughout the property.
Exteriors
The outdoor spaces at Lakeview Design Villa offer privacy, relaxation, and panoramic views of Lake Garda. The property is fully enclosed and surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden.
Olive trees, cypress trees, oleanders, and palm trees create a lush Mediterranean atmosphere. In addition, the furnished terraces provide inviting spaces for outdoor dining, sunbathing, and enjoying the scenery.
The private heated swimming pool measures 10 x 4.5 metres and has a depth of 1.30 metres. For added safety, the swimming area can be enclosed. The pool also features a removable cover.
Next to the pool, guests can enjoy a HotSpring Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower. Comfortable outdoor furniture provides plenty of space to unwind. Furthermore, a table tennis table offers an additional activity to enjoy during the stay.
Location
Lakeview Design Villa enjoys a convenient location near Lake Garda in northern Italy. The lake and the town centre of Garda are just a 3-minute drive away.
The village of Garda offers restaurants, shops, and beautiful lakeside surroundings. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing aperitivo by the water or spend time swimming in the lake. Additionally, the village hosts a local market every Friday.
Several picturesque villages are also worth exploring nearby. These include Torri del Benaco, Bardolino, and Lazise, each offering scenic views and local attractions.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
