Lakeview Modern Villa measures approximately 350 square meters and accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms arranged over two floors.
On the upper floor, you enter a bright and modern air-conditioned living area. Here you will find a comfortable sitting space with TV, a dining area with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen. From this level, guests access a panoramic balcony and terrace with wide lake views.
This floor also includes three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature double beds and lake views, while the third offers two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
On the lower floor, a second spacious living area provides further room to relax. It includes a large wooden table, a small kitchen, and a sitting corner with TV. This level also offers one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with double sink and shower serves this floor. Finally, a laundry area with washing machine and separate dryer adds practicality for longer stays.
Exteriors
Outside, Lakeview Modern Villa fully embraces its panoramic position. The well-maintained garden enjoys 180-degree views over Lake Maggiore. Palm trees and local lacustrine plants enhance the Mediterranean atmosphere. Moreover, several seating areas invite guests to relax while admiring the scenery.
The patio terrace provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining and barbecues. Meanwhile, the 14 x 5 meter infinity swimming pool creates a striking visual effect, as it appears to merge with the lake below. Sun loungers, a large parasol, and a hot water shower complete the pool area.

Lakeview Modern Villa stands in Magognino, between Belgirate, about 3.5 kilometers away, and Stresa, approximately 5 kilometers away. Stresa is the most popular town on Lake Maggiore. There you will find shops, restaurants, and an elegant lakeside promenade.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
