Interiors

This Lake Maggiore Prestigious Mansion can host up to 18 people in its 9 bedrooms. There are also a total of six bathrooms. The rooms are spread over three stories. The villa provides a great stay for large groups or family celebrations. The interiors reflect the villa’s history with special features such as parquet oak floors as well as period and antique furnishings. Another eye catching aspect of its interior includes a magnificent oak staircase. You’ll find the living room on the main floor with elegant couches and an open fireplace. There is a dining room with table seating for 18.  You’ll also find a new fully-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and barbecue area. In the Lake Maggiore Prestigious Mansion there is also a Billiards room for guest entertainment. A balcony surrounds the entire first floor, capturing beautiful views of the ravishing garden and lake. Large windows open out from the rooms onto the balcony. In addition you’ll find a sitting room on this floor with comfortable sofas and a television. The bedrooms surround this area. There is one with a double and single bed including an ensuite bathroom (including both a tub and shower). There is an additional bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower). There is a third bedroom with a double bed. Finally there is a bedroom with double beds and an additional separate bathroom with a tub. On the second floor is a bedroom with double bed and adjoining small room with single bed. Additionally you’ll find a bedroom with double bed and single bed, a bedroom with single bed, and two bedrooms with a double bed. There are two bathrooms with a tub and one bathroom with shower. For up to 8 people the villa can be rented at a reduced rate (not in high season) by opening only the first floor.

Exteriors

Overall, extensive grounds surround the Lake Maggiore Prestigious Mansion. It has one of the most expansive outdoor area of any villa on Lake Maggiore being settled in a park of 15,000 square meters. The villa offers a series of outdoor dining areas and picnic spots as well as covered areas to sit and soak up the views. A large, rectangular swimming pool sits at the base of the hill, near to the lake, with views all around. In addition there are changing rooms with hot showers and a fridge for keeping drinks cold.

Location

You’ll find this villa just 1 kilometer away from the center of Pallanza Verbania. This is a charming village full of shops, cafes and restaurants. For long walks and enjoying the scenery, there is a beautiful promenade. It is possible to take a ferry from Pallanza to explore the Borromeo Islands, the town of Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, and the Angera castle. Finally it is also possible to venture all the way to Switzerland. The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa at 67 km away.
