Interiors
The Prestigious Pallanza Mansion (600 m²) extends across three floors and hosts up to 18 guests in nine bedrooms. Inside, guests will find oak parquet floors, high ceilings, and antique furnishings that reflect the villa’s heritage. At the same time, modern features ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
On the main floor, there is a bright living room with fireplace, an elegant dining room, a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the terrace and barbecue area, and a billiards room for leisure.
The first floor is surrounded by a panoramic balcony with stunning views. At its center, a sitting room with sofas and TV creates a welcoming space to unwind. The bedrooms and bathrooms open around this area, each offering comfort and elegance.
The second floor includes additional bedrooms and bathrooms, all decorated with style and care. For smaller groups, guests may rent only the first floor at a reduced rate outside high season.
Exteriors
The mansion sits within an impressive 15,000 m² private park, filled with terraced gardens that slope gently toward the lake. There are several outdoor dining and picnic areas, perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade.
The pool area enjoys sunshine all day thanks to its south-facing position. Nearby, guests will find changing rooms with hot showers and a fridge to keep drinks cool. The gardens, dotted with trees and hidden corners, create a serene and romantic atmosphere.
Location
The property lies in a peaceful residential area, only 1 km from the center of Pallanza Verbania, where visitors can find cafés, shops, and restaurants. From the nearby ferry terminal, it is easy to explore the Borromeo Islands, Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, and Angera Castle. Guests can also cross the lake into Switzerland for a day trip.
The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, located 67 km away.
Note:
– The villa is accessible for guests with walking difficulties or in wheelchairs (entry through the kitchen on the ground floor). An elevator connects all floors, though the bathrooms are not specifically equipped for wheelchair use.
– There is no air conditioning, but fans are available.
– At the bottom of the property stands the housekeepers’ cottage. They maintain the grounds and are happy to assist with any questions during your stay.
– The housekeepers have a dog; please keep this in mind if bringing your own pet.
– The villa is located on a hill 1 km from town. Walking is possible, though the return is uphill, so a car is recommended.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
