The Historic Lakeview Villa accommodates up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, with 6 double beds and 2 double sofa beds. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a private bathroom on the second floor, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms on the first floor.
The interiors include elegant indoor living spaces designed for comfort, relaxation and entertaining. The fully equipped Miele kitchen features a large refrigerator, microwave oven, professional coffee and cappuccino machine, and dedicated wine cooler.
Guests can also enjoy a private spa with sauna, Turkish bath, indoor Jacuzzi and relaxation area, as well as a fully equipped gym with a treadmill, exercise bike and PankaFit.
Exteriors
The Historic Lakeview Villa enjoys breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Lake Garda. The outdoor spaces include an infinity pool overlooking the lake with sunbeds, a landscaped private garden, and an outdoor patio with lounging areas.
All six bedrooms feature private lake-view terraces, while private parking is also available.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
