Interiors

This 1000mq Villa on the edge of Lake Como can accommodate up to 18 guests in 7 different bedrooms. It has been completely renovated in 2005 and decorated in 2019 with worldwide contemporary masterpieces. The ground floor gives access to the park, pool with sliding doors on the Lake and fitness area with changing rooms. In front of the modern 90mq kitchen, a stunning terrace with the magical view on the Lake Como to fully enjoy breakfast. Then, guests can have lunch in the open-air dining room under a charming pergola and dine in one of the two stylish dining rooms in the Villa. On the first floor, guests are greeted by an entrance hall. A first living room is equipped with TV and a second living room with a library wall shelf, both giving access to a pleasant furnished 250mq terrace. The first double bedroom with ensuite shower-bathroom and access to a private terrace with Lake Como view, is situated on the second floor. On the same floor, two other double bedrooms that share one bathroom with a spacious shower and a bathtub, and a second ensuite room with a garden-view terrace. The master room, on the third floor, has the most stunning view on the Lake and Golfo di Venere with three ample windows and double balcony. It has an all equipped closet, a changing room and a white Carrara marble bathroom with a 2x2m shower. Another double bedroom with a Lake-view balcony and a white and brown marble bathroom are on the same floor. The last floor is a mansard with one double ensuite room, one twin and one double bedrooms that share one bathroom, and a living room that gives access to the rooftop terrace. Upon request, Guests have access to the cottage, featuring a rooftop double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room. The cottage offers total privacy while enjoying breathtaking views overlooking the lake.

Exteriors

The Balbianello Bay Mansion is surrounded by a wide garden with amazing flora that a gardener is taking care of. A private vegetable garden provides guests with fresh and seasonal products during their stay at the villa. In addition to the indoor heated pool and the gym room, a private tennis/volleyball/football court and ping pong table is available to guests use. The several exterior relaxing areas give the opportunity to truly enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of the landscape.

Additional Services

The Balbianello Bay Mansion includes WiFi, satellite TV, Hi-FI system in the two living rooms and a fitness area. A lift connects all floors. Air conditioning also feature in every bedroom. Furthermore, guests benefit from a full-time maid service as well as chef service and breakfast meticulously prepared for each guest every morning, with freshly grown products from the property and 5L of Italian olive oil from private production. One staff lives in a cottage to ensure 24/7 help and a guard every night and during weekends. Luxury bath products are provided and towels and bed linen are frequently changed. Pets are welcome. Further services are available upon request. For instance, a chauffeur, a baby-sitting service and Italian Cooking lessons. The Villa offers the possibility to host Weddings and Ceremonies on request.

Location

Overlooking the Lake Como, the property has a stunning view on the Venere Gulf and Balbianello area. The closest town is Tremezzo, just in front of Bellagio. Tremezzo was made one of the most stunning tourism landmarks thanks to the beauty of marvellous Lake Como Villas and huge hotels built from the XVIII. The Balbianello Bay Mansion is also at about 20km from Como town, 50 min drive from Milan-Malpensa Airport and 1h15 from Milan-Linate Airport.
