Interiors
Waterfront Elegant Villa measures approximately 350 square meters. It accommodates up to 12 guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms arranged over four floors.
On the main level, you enter a welcoming living area with fireplace and dining table. From here, you access a covered outdoor terrace. This floor also includes a lakeview corner with desk, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet.
The upper floors are dedicated to the sleeping quarters. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with shower. In addition, another bedroom with double bed features an in-room shower and sink.
On the second floor, you will find one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms, each with two double beds. A bathroom with shower serves this level.
On the garden level, the lower floor includes a playroom with billiards table and a shower. Therefore, it is ideal after a swim in the lake. A laundry room is also located on this level.
Exteriors
Outside, the private 300-square-meter garden stretches along the shoreline. It enjoys panoramic views of the bay and Isola Comacina. Moreover, pergola-covered terraces and outdoor sofas create comfortable spaces for relaxing and socializing.
A barbecue area allows for outdoor dining. Meanwhile, the manicured lawn with sun loungers leads directly to the private pier. From here, guests can swim in the lake or simply unwind by the water.
Location
Waterfront Elegant Villa is located in the village of Ossuccio, within the municipality of Tremezzina, directly overlooking Diana Bay, also known locally as “Zoca de l’Oli,” named for the calm, smooth character of its waters. The area benefits from a mild climate that supports Mediterranean vegetation, including numerous olive trees.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
