Interiors
The San Siro Prestigious Mansion covers 900 m² across four floors and sleeps up to 18 guests in nine bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A guest cottage next to the villa can host two more guests in a double room with its own bathroom.
Ground floor: The main entrance leads to a grand foyer and a bright living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and lake views. The dining room and modern kitchen include all necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is also a large veranda and playroom with table tennis, table football, and a second fireplace. A double bedroom with private bathroom on this floor is designed for guests with limited mobility.
Uper floors: The first and second floors include elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms, some featuring Jacuzzi bathtubs. A fitness room with Technogym equipment and a billiard lounge with lake views add to the comfort.
The third floor, once used by the staff, includes three simpler but cozy bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Two extra beds can be added if needed.
Exteriors
The property extends across a 30,000 m² private park, home to old sequoia, cedar, oak, and palm trees. Guests can relax by the heated swimming pool, complete with loungers, a shower, and a dressing room.
There is also a private tennis court and a children’s playground for outdoor fun. Wine lovers will enjoy the antique cellar, stocked with Italian and international wines. A private mooring is available on request for guests arriving by boat or wishing to explore the lake.
Location
The villa stands in Santa Maria di San Siro, on the northwest shore of Lake Como, just 10 minutes from Menaggio. From there, ferries connect to Bellagio and Varenna, perfect for day trips. The area offers scenic walks, fine dining, and many outdoor activities, from sailing to hiking.
The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa (95 km) and Orio al Serio (130 km).

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
