Interiors

This marvelous 900 square meter Lake Como Prestigious Mansion spreads out over four floors. It can accommodate 18 people in its 9 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional cottage facing the villa that can also accommodate 2 guests with a private bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a grand foyer and a living room. Overall the living room is designed for guest comfort as it includes satellite TV, music, a telephone, a fireplace and doors opening out onto the lawn. The interior decoration is colorful and bright while still maintaining an old world feel with 19th century decorations and mosaic floors.

In addition you’ll find the spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. There is another spacious room that functions either as a playroom or as an enclosed veranda. Here children and adults can enjoy table tennis, table football and a fireplace. Also on this floor visitors will find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that is handicap accessible.

Moreover, on the first floor you’ll find three additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have jacuzzi tubs. An additional feature is the fitness room with Technogym sport equipment. The second floor has 2 double en-suite bedrooms, one with a Jacuzzi-style bathtub. Also, there is a games room with a billiard table and large windows providing beautiful lake views.

The third floor reveals itself as more modest in decoration, being the former servant quarters. Here you will find three double ensuite bedrooms where it is possible to place two additional beds.

For guest comfort the Lake Como Prestigious Mansion can be fully heated and air conditioned.

Exteriors

A private park of 30,000 square meters surrounds the property with panoramic views of the lake all around. You’ll find ancient sequoia, cedar, oak, and palm trees. The garden is impeccably cared for, providing an abundant patch of green for guests.  Additionally, this villa also has a large heated swimming pool with sun loungers as well as a shower and dressing room. On top of this there is also a private tennis court. Adjacent to it is a playground for children. Guests can also enjoy an antique cellar with a selection of Italian and international wines. Private mooring is available on request.

Location

You’ll find this property in Santa Maria di San Siro on the Northwest shore of Lake Como. Lake Como is a beloved destination at the base of the Alps in the Italian region of Lombardy.  It’s just 10 minutes from Menaggio where you can take a ferry to Bellagio or Varenna. There is plenty of sightseeing in the region as well as opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities  The two nearest airports are Milan Malpensa (95km) and Orio al Serio (130 km).
