Interiors
The villa offers elegant and comfortable interiors designed to accommodate up to eight guests. It features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views, direct access to the garden or terraces, air conditioning, and private en suite bathrooms.
Just outside the living room, guests will find a peaceful outdoor dining area with a table that comfortably seats up to ten guests, making it the perfect spot for al fresco meals while enjoying the surrounding views.
Exteriors
The villa features an infinity pool with an amazing view that overlooks both the hills of Monte Argentario and the bay of Ansedonia. Over a hectare of private land surrounds the Porto Ercole Panoramic Villa. This guarantees guests the utmost privacy. The charming terraced garden is fragrant with roses, oaks, pines and fruit trees. It has moreover been published in many magazines. Finally the house also has several terraces with panoramic views over the surrounding area that will make you fall in love with Monte Argentario.
Location
With its idyllic position overlooking the Mediterranean and the Spanish Fortress of Porto Ercole, the Porto Ercole Panoramic Villa offers a full escape from the stresses of city life. The villa stands on a hilltop just above the lovely fishing village of Porto Ercole. The village can be reached by foot from the house along a beautiful path crossing vineyards and orchards of olive trees. The lovely sandy beach of La Feniglia is only a short drive from the property. As well as this, the villa is close to the Marina of Cala Galera, Orbetello and the Argentario Golf Resort & Spa.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
