Interiors
The property consists of two houses: the main villa, spanning 300 square meters, and a separate farmhouse located behind the guest villa. The main villa, which overlooks the rolling hills and vineyards, accommodates up to 10 guests in five air-conditioned bedrooms and six modern bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay.
On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This level also features a loggia with an external bathroom under the pergola, ideal for enjoying the villa’s outdoor living spaces.
The main floor boasts a large, inviting living room with a charming old fireplace (decorative), a TV, and a contemporary modular sofa. Three additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located on this floor, offering plenty of space and convenience. The top floor provides breathtaking views of the surrounding rolling hills and vineyards, featuring a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, perfect for soaking in the beauty of the landscape.
Behind the guest villa is the farmhouse where the English-speaking caretaker resides. While always available to assist with any issues, the caretaker is mindful of maintaining guests’ privacy. Importantly, the villa’s outdoor facilities—including the garden, pergola, and pool—are completely private for the exclusive use of villa guests.

Here, you can enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan landscape while lounging by the fenced pool. The pool area provides the perfect spot to relax or take a refreshing swim while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the villa features a shaded pergola where you can dine al fresco or simply unwind. The outdoor spaces are entirely private, ensuring a tranquil and exclusive experience for guests.
Location
Novelina Classic Retreat is ideally located for exploring the best of Tuscany. It is just a short drive from both Florence and Siena, making it a great base for day trips to these historic cities. If you prefer public transport, Tavarnelle offers bus connections to both Florence and Siena. For those who prefer the train, Certaldo’s nearby station provides direct services to both cities. Furthermore, the villa is only an hour from the coast, offering easy access to the stunning Tuscan beaches.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
