Interiors
The villa spans 450 m² over three floors and can host up to 10 guests in six elegant bedrooms.
On the ground floor, an inviting entrance hall opens onto a living room with fireplace, piano, and surround sound TV. A bright conservatory with colorful stained-glass windows, a stylish dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the floor.
The first floor features three bedrooms (including one suite) and two bathrooms. From this level, a large terrace with deck chairs and parasols offers a peaceful place to relax.
The second floor has three additional bedrooms (including one suite) and two bathrooms, one with a vintage free-standing bathtub.
Downstairs, the basement includes a wine fridge with selected Italian wines for purchase, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Exteriors
A 3,400 m² private park surrounds the villa. The Mediterranean garden features cypress, palm, orange, and lemon trees, as well as a romantic gazebo. The pool area has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, and parasols, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
Location
The property enjoys a prime location on the lakefront of Cannero Riviera. Guests can easily walk to local restaurants, shops, and the beach. The ferry terminal is nearby, offering the chance to explore Lake Maggiore’s islands.
For day trips, visit Cannobio (7 km), Verbania (13 km), or the Swiss towns of Ascona and Locarno (23 km). Wine lovers will enjoy touring the Piedmont vineyards, while Lake Orta and the nearby mountains provide scenic trails and romantic escapes.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
