Great care was put into unveiling the ancient characteristics of the Lake Maggiore Design Villa such as the beautiful frescoes. In the meanwhile modern amenities have been added in order to provide the highest standard.
With its 450 m² this villa is able to accomodate 10 people. It is the perfect place for large families or a group of friends. The 6 bedrooms offer the utmost in terms of comfort and sophistication. The décor is absolutely exquisite. Every single detail in the house, from the color stained glass windows to the antique free-standing bathtub, has been chosen with care.
When entering the Lake Maggiore Design Villa, you immediately enter the capacious living area. On the same floor you find a modern and fully equipped kitchen as well as the dining area.
The first floor, composed by 3 bedrooms, includes a spacious suite and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor, both with showers. In addition to this, one of them also has a lovely bathtub. Straight from this floor you have access to a large terrace with stunning views of the nature.
On the second floor you find 3 more, equally sophisticated, bedrooms. The large suite offers the highest amount of comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms has a double bed while the other one has a large single bed. Many of the rooms of the property have a direct view of the gorgeous lake Maggiore.
Exteriors
A 3400m² large private park surrounds the Lake Maggiore Design Villa. It features a beautiful Mediterranean garden full of fragrant orange and lemon trees. With its optimal position along the lakeside of Lake Maggiore, this property is like taken out of a dream. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols complete the relaxing swimming pool area. The garden offers plenty of space to play for children.
Location
The villa is located on the lakeside promenade of Cannero Riviera, a charming village and harbor of Lake Maggiore. The area offers a lot to its visitors. Everything in this charming village is within a walking distance from the property. Small shops, nice restaurants and bars can be found in the center.
Some of the towns located nearby are Cannobio (7 km) and Verbania (13 km). Why not also visit Ascona and Locarno (23 km) in Switzerland?
Visiting the famous vineyards in Piedmont is a must for wine lovers.
Going to Lake Orta allows for a romantic escape for those who enjoy long walks in the valleys.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
