From the moment that you step into the 400 sqm Florence Hills Villa, a sensation of relaxed elegance envelops you. In a palette of soft, harmonious colours and natural finishes, the property is decorated with complete attention to detail. Sleeping 10+1 guests in 5 double bedrooms, each of the five beautifully designed bedrooms have AC, their own en-suite bathroom with an indulgent maxi-shower and a private terrace with views over the villa grounds. In one of the 5 double rooms it is possible to add a single bed (at an extra price).
The open-plan shared areas are well-equipped to offer optimum versatility and comfort. Free WiFi is available throughout and the lounge has TV, DVD, stereo sound system and games. Comfortable armchairs and sofas are arranged throughout to create a cosy social space, while the dining area sets the scene for pleasant meals with your companions.
Exterior
Take a dip in the semi-Olympic pool (25 x 12 meters) with a depth of up to 3 meters. Lounge on the deck as you soak up the sun or let the 32-jet of the 5-seater jacuzzi soothe you into blissful relaxation. The Florence Hills villa grounds extend over an expansive 28,000 sqm and are detailed with statues, urns and water features for a traditional Italian touch. The grounds also boast a barbecue and outdoor dining areas and tennis field. Rackets and tennis balls are available for the guests, as well as bicycles for those inspired to explore the local countryside at a more leisurely pace.
Location
Nestled in the hills 12km south of Florence, the villa is surrounded by beautiful woodlands and fields. A secluded corner of paradise, it is an ideal base for those wishing to explore Tuscany’s many delights. We are in an area of Chianti wine production and it is possible to visit the farms nearby. Florence’s iconic tourist attractions including Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are within driving distance. For fashion lovers, do not miss the design outlet The Mall. Make extra special memories during your stay in the Florence hills by going on a horse-riding trip, or sampling Chianti wines at a tasting session.

Included with the accommodation is a daily maid continental breakfast (grocery shopping, preparation, table service and cleaning), a daily maid service, and a concierge service. Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
