Interiors
Chianti Stylish Villa welcomes up to 20 guests in elegant comfort. The property features 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, including five master bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms. In addition, there are three family suites, each composed of a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shared bathroom.
Inside, the atmosphere combines traditional Tuscan character with refined comfort. The dining room, framed by large arched windows, opens directly onto a covered outdoor dining pergola. The semi-professional kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, multiple ovens, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, double sinks, dishwasher, and food preparation appliances.
For entertainment, the villa includes a private cinema room with a large screen and tiered seating for 18 guests, together with a selection of English-language films. Wine lovers can also enjoy the estate’s wine cellar, with private tastings accompanied by a sommelier available by advance reservation.
Exteriors
Set among the vineyards and beautiful countryside of the Val di Pesa, Chianti Stylish Villa captures the essence of the Tuscan landscape. The front lawn enjoys sweeping views over the valley, while the courtyard and covered loggia provide inviting spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Guests can cook outdoors on the stone patio with barbecue and open grill. The gardens also feature a bocce court, a pergola with a ping-pong table, a large vegetable garden available for guests, and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
A stone path and steps lead down to the panoramic freshwater swimming pool, measuring 15 x 7 metres. The pool area includes a tented pergola, hammock, and additional seating for relaxing in the sun or shade. There is also a pool house with changing rooms and a full bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower beneath a lavender hedge.
Location
Chianti Stylish Villa enjoys an excellent position in the heart of Chianti Classico, close to Panzano and within the area formed by Panzano, Badia a Passignano, and Greve in Chianti.
Although surrounded by peaceful Tuscan countryside, the villa is well positioned for exploring the region. Panzano, with shops, restaurants, and a market, is approximately 15 minutes away. Greve in Chianti, Badia a Passignano, and Montefioralle are around 20 minutes away, while Radda in Chianti and Castellina in Chianti can be reached in approximately 20–25 minutes. San Gimignano and San Casciano in Val di Pesa are around 30 minutes away. Siena and Monteriggioni are approximately 40–45 minutes away, while Florence and its airport can be reached in around 50–60 minutes. Rome Airport is approximately 3.5 hours away.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
