The Chianti Designer Villa delivers style, comfort and entertainment in abundance. With its nude walls, large windows and wood-panelled ceilings throughout, this property has a light, fresh and yet still very much characterful feel to it.
The villa enjoys numerous stylish communal areas. It has two elegantly furnished living rooms, one located on the ground floor and one located on the first floor. The property boasts a modern designer kitchen, equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, and a wine fridge. This leads onto a spacious dining room, which looks out and gives access to the property’s lush garden.
The Chianti Designer Villa consists of five double bedrooms, each tastefully furnished and with its own bathroom suite. Four of the bedrooms are found on the first floor, whilst the other is located on the ground floor, with it owns direct access to the property’s terrace.
Guests do not even have to step out of the building’s walls to find ample sources of entertainment. On the ground floor visitors will find a games room, with a full sized pool table and football table. Guests are also welcome to make use of the villa’s gym room, equipped with a treadmill and weights machines.
An optional concierge service can also be provided. Guests can enjoy delicious meals, private cookery classes and personalised wine and city tours, amongst numerous other services offered.
Exteriors
The beautiful Chianti Designer Villa is set in two hectares of land, consisting of wide lawns, cypress trees, olive groves and vineyards. Guests can enjoy use of the villa’s stunning heated infinity pool (12 by 6 metres), which is bordered by a sunbathing area, furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers. The property also boasts a large courtyard area, equipped with a pizza oven and barbecue area. It functions as the perfect space for hosting social events, capable of hosting up to 25 people. Alongside this, guests can make use of the villa’s cocktail terrace and its dining terrace, which has a large dining table sitting up to 12 people.
Location
The Chianti Designer Villa is located in one of Tuscany’s most picturesque comunes: Gaiole in Chianti. This region is famous for its idyllic rolling landscape, from which its famous wine and olive oil is cultivated. Visitors of the region will have the chance to learn more about the production of these specialties, with wine tastings offered at various wineries, several of which are based in the estates of impressive castles.
Guests at the Chianti Designer villa are also strategically located if they wish to explore the rest of Tuscany. Found in the centre of the region, the property is only 30 km away from the beautiful medieval city of Siena. This villa truly delivers the best of both worlds: immersion in a fairytale-like landscape, with a rich supply of culture and art only a 40 minute drive away.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
