Description
This Argentario pool villa is situated on the top of a green hill overlooking the Marina di Cala Galera, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, flowers and fruit trees. Due to a very high position, it offers a breathtaking view on Cala Galera and Porto Ercole. This villa is the ideal spot for country and sea lovers, and it features a wide swimming pool. As a matter of fact the villa has a chic country style.
You access the villa through a large entrance hall embellished with pieces of period furnishing, antique mirrors, small scale model ships and a beautiful map collection. The important living room (about 100 sq.m.) features a lavish style, thanks to its precious oils and rich furnishing. This is the ideal space to spend time with friends and family in absolute comfort and pleasure. The living is separated in two areas. The first area features a large library with books and encyclopedia, flat tv “32, dvd player, a comfortable green sofa, two armchairs and a desk. The second area offers a larger space to receive people. Here you will find sofas and armchairs, a fireplace situated in the middle of the area and coffee tables. This area faces on a verandah and on a terrace with panoramic views of the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker, washing machine, dish washer. The dining area is next to the living room. It has a wooden table with chairs for up to 18 people. Six double bedrooms and one single bedroom (each with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower) are located along corridor (each bedroom is air conditioned).
The servants’ quarters are located downstairs, fully independent and equipped with own kitchen.
In front of the villa is located an amazing swimming pool (18 meters length and 8 meters wide) that has sun beds, a gazebo with seating and dining table with chairs, walk-in dressing room and guest bathroom.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
