Abbey of Sant’Antimo
A Romanesque abbey set among olive groves and vineyards in the Val d’Orcia.
Laid out over 2 floors, the Cala Moresca Luxury Villa’s interiors accommodate up to 14 guests in 9 different bedrooms. The Villa has the particularity of featuring various independent suites, for maximum comfort and privacy of guests. Large bay windows across the Villa’s façade allow for stunning views and endless natural light during the day. The Villa also features several living areas with fireplaces for guests to relax indoors while still enjoying the breathtaking surroundings. The second floor also features a study area for those willing to combine work with their holiday. A fully equipped kitchen is also at guests’ disposal, including stove, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Three two bedroom suites and three one bedroom suites are dotted around the spacious Villa. All suites are uniquely designed and include their own private comforts, some of them including lounge areas and TVs. Four of these suites also feature private kitchenettes for guests’ autonomy and all the rooms feature a private terrace. Furthermore, the Villa features a total of 7 modern bathrooms, split amongst the 6 suites.
A spectacular glass elevator connects the three floors and allows for guests to gaze out towards the sea. Air conditioning and heating ensure guests’ comfort regardless of the season. Wifi, a sound system, televisions and laundry facilities also feature in the Villa. The rental also includes a daily housekeeping service, pool and garden maintenance and weekly change of linen.
Several terrace areas make the most of the Villa’s prime position overlooking the sea. This provides guests with plenty of lounging and dining areas, all with fantastic views. Enjoy a morning coffee on the small terrace or an aperitivo on the large sofa of the Villa’s outside lounge. The terraces are particularly notable for the soothing, natural atmosphere created by the gorgeous green plants and surrounding natural landscape.
Down a few steps, the luxury Villa also features an infinity pool with a whirlpool corner, for panoramic swims and relaxing afternoon in the sun. Guests will also find a wooden deck, ideal for sunbathing, yoga or meditating in an idyllic setting.
A parking area is available to guests at the entrance of the Villa.
Despite its secluded location, the luxury Villa is within short distances of some splendid attractions of the Argentario area of Tuscany.
Indeed, the town of Porto Santo Stefano is just a 10min drive away and will provide guests with anything they might need such as restaurants, bars and shops. We particularly recommend Le Chicche restaurant, serving delicious fresh fish.
For beach lovers, the enchanting pebble beach Cala dei Gessi is just a 10min walk from the Villa. Other beaches such as Pozzarello or La Soda are just a 15min drive away.
Monte Argentario offers a truly diverse experience of Tuscany and is characterised by its rich, lush nature and wild coast. The Duna Feniglia Nature Reserve is just a 20min drive away, and definitely worth a visit. The region is also famous for its cultural marvels, including ancient watchtowers, fishing villages and medieval towns.
For golf enthusiasts, the renowned L’Argentario Golf Club is no more than a half hour drive away.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
