Interiors
Laid out over two floors, the Argentario Luxury Lodge accommodates 12 guests in 6 comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs, guests will find a spacious living area featuring stylish furniture and a TV. The adjacent elegant dining table seats at least 12 guests. A fully equipped kitchen is also at guests’ disposal, including an oven and dishwasher. A stylish bar counter also features as part of the modern kitchen. The Villa also includes 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each is decorated with special attention to detail and made from quality materials. The master bedroom features its own private bathroom, TV, large closet and king size bed. The other bedrooms are also furnished with king sized beds and share the other 3 bathrooms and several large closets. An additional room serves as a laundry area and can be used as an extra bedroom upon request. Air conditioning, heating and Wifi are all included in the rental.
Exteriors
The Argentario luxury Lodge features its own private wooden terrace, with gorgeous views overlooking the Tuscan landscape and the coast. Resort Facilities Upon renting the Villa, guests benefit from all the services and facilities offered by the golf resort. When checking in at reception, guests will be given a golf cart to be used in the resort’s estate. Use of the golf court and the driving range is included in the price of the rental. Daily housekeeping and a continental breakfast is also offered by the resort. Guests may also use the resort’s summer outdoor pools and year-round indoor pools. It also offers a gym, fitness courses and all other services from their Wellness Centre. Furthermore, padel and tennis courts as well as a small football pitch are at guests’ disposal. Two restaurants also feature in the resort, and a concierge service is available for guests to organise excursions and activities. Guests of the resort also benefit from a beach service in one of the most exclusive beach clubs of the area.

This luxury holiday residence is located in Maremma, an area of Tuscany known for its gorgeous coastline. The resort itself is located in Argentario, a gorgeous Tuscan peninsula which combines spectacular nature, gorgeous seas and cultural marvels. The resort also stands a just few kilometres from the charming seaside town of Porto Ercole, famous for its quaint streets, old churches and delicious fish restaurants.

Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceVIP welcome in villa upon arrival, buffet breakfast served in the Resort, golf cart to move around the Resort’s estate, daily housekeeping, access to the Espace Wellness Center with outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, fitness courses, two padel courts, two tennis courts and one football pitch, 24/7 security, garage with videosurveillance, concierge for excursions and tips, kids club in July, August, Easter and Christmas, WiFi. In low season unlimited golf is included in the rates.
