Interiors

Freshly renovated with taste, the Maiori Panoramic Villa holds together a modern touch with elements of the local tradition, such as the floors decorated with precious Vietri ceramics from the early twentieth century. The Villa is on 1 floor and has panoramic windows that frame a coast that is unique in the world. The large living room with dining room features a charming fireplace dating back to the 1930s decorated with hand-painted tiles. Next to it, guests will find a reading room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the panoramic terrace and a laundry room. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 rooms, three with a double bed and one with twin beds (which, however, can be converted into a room with double bed on request). There are 3 bathrooms, all outside the rooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub and one which is wheelchair accessible. All the bedrooms have the A/C: Master bedroom: private sitting room and direct access to the second panoramic terrace of the villa. Second double bedroom: double exposure and access to the second panoramic terrace. Third double bedroom: the room has a beautiful double view of the gulf and lemon groves Twin room: this room overlooks the large panoramic terrace of the villa. The twin beds can be converted into a double bed on request.

Exteriors

The outstanding panoramic terrace is the highlight of the villa. You will fall in love with a view that stretches as far as the eye can see. Here, on clear days, you can embrace the entire Golf of Salerno. Porches covered with wisteria and blooming flowers make the terrace an enchanted place, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset. The terrace is full of spaces to relax, from the pleasant outdoor dining table to the beautiful lounge, from the solarium with deck chairs to the barbecue area.

Location

The villa is located 1.5 km from the center of Maiori, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, and is just a few minutes from the Salicerchie beach, the largest sandy beach in the area. Known as the Town of Lemons, Maiori is surrounded by characteristic terraced hills planted with citrus fruits. On these hills facing the sea are some of the most unforgettable villages of the Belpaese, such as Amalfi (5 km) and Ravello (9 km). Definitely a place to be.
