Interiors

This Sorrento Luxury Villa spreads out over two floors and features comfortable spacious interiors. With its structure dating back to the Roman era, the villa has been fully restored whilst maintaining its ancient touch.

An elegant sitting room with its sofas, chairs, flat screen TV and stylish chandelier leads to a private terrace with spectacular views. The lounge accesses a bathroom which features sinks and a shower. Three bedrooms are also located on this floor. The first one features a king size four-poster bed and contemporary design and accesses a private balcony with a stunning view of mount Vesuvius and the sea. It also features a futon, satellite TV, a fridge, a safe and a walk-in wardrobe. With its gorgeous design, the second bedroom also features its own balcony, TV, safe and walk-in wardrobe. The third room is also a double bedroom containing a safe and walk-in wardrobe. A bathroom is adjoining to the second and third bedroom, including a large shower, toilet, sink, bidet and hairdryer.

A staircase leads guests from the upper floor to the lower floor of the Sorrento Luxury Villa. Here, guests will find a spacious fourth bedroom. Furnished with a king size bed as well as a single bed, it features a stunning arched ceiling from the Roman times constructed from tuff rock and includes a television and walk-in wardrobe. It also accesses the garden and its panoramic views through a large French window. An additional bathroom is also at guests’ disposal.

The lower floor also features the dining area and the kitchen. A large dining table seating at least 8 guests sits opposite a fireplace and flat screen TV. A balcony with a charming sitting area is also accessible from the dining room. Further on, guests will find a modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and two different coffee machines. The kitchen accesses the garden through a French window. A fourth bathroom, adjoining to the kitchen includes a shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

Exteriors

The Sorrento Luxury Villa’s private garden covers a total of 300 square metres and is particularly notable for its breathtaking views over the Gulf of Naples. Featuring lounge areas with sun loungers, chairs, parasols, it is also ideal for outdoor dining with a table seating twelve people shaded by a Sorrentine pergola. A barbecue is also at guests’s disposal as well as an outdoor shower and a solarium area. An exceptional floor-lit jacuzzi also overlooks the spectacular panorama and is open all year round.

Additional Services

Air conditioning as well as heating is installed throughout the Sorrento Luxury Villa, and underfloor heating is set up on the ground floor. A WiFi connection is also at guests’ disposal. Further services include a cleaning service 4 hours per day, 7 days per week, a copious continental breakfast served from 8:00 to 11.00, garden maintenance and a private concierge service. A series of other services such as laundry, private boat or chef can be organised upon request.

Location

The luxury villa is located in stunning Sorrento, known as the gateway of the Amalfi Coast. Its historical centre is dotted with gardens, citrus groves, ruins, charming boutiques and restaurants. Sorrento is also a fantastic place to enjoy splendid beaches. We recommend you visit Marina Grande, Sorrento’s fishing village with its exceptional seafood restaurant.
It is also worth driving half an hour to Positano, the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, a vertical town made of stairs. A visit to the archeological site of Pompeii is also recommended and a reasonable 40min drive away.
