This unique seafront apartment for rent on the Amalfi Coast lies within the historic watch tower of Positano. This is one of the most fascinating fishing villages of this amazing Italian destination.
Dating back to 13th century, the Positano Watchtower House rises in a unique position. It sits on a hillside dominating the Amalfi Coast, the village of Positano, the island of Capri and the blue Mediterranean Sea. Breathtaking views are all around and Positano historical center is at a walking distance.
It is an outstanding place, ideal for romantic stays and honeymoons. In particular, the circular bedroom dominating the sea and the breathtaking terraces are really unforgettable.
Like in fairy tales, the Positano Watchtower House is reachable through stone steps. Entering the main room, the master bedroom, you will be speechless. It is indeed a wide circular space with terrific frame windows, a romantic suite, chic and airy, featuring a dreamy king size canopy bed, a stone fireplace, elegant sofas, armchairs and a desk. A stone step leads to the en-suite bathroom and the private terrace above offers terrific views of the Amalfi Coast.
Furthermore, the colorful living room lies in a separate annex and offers a cozy atmosphere. It features a table, a cupboard and a trundle type sofa bed (for 1 additional guest). A French window also leads to the second terrace, where you will find sun bed and an amazing outdoor dining table, under the shade of a shelter. We strongly suggest a candle light dinner overlooking Positano.
The well equipped kitchenette, reachable through the terrace, is enriched by typical majolica. It moreover has a pleasant extra shower room, which is bright and spacious, and completes the house.
Renting this apartment, you will also have access to a beautiful shared swimming pool in the shape of a fountain (shared with other 4 houses in the same property). Minutes away on foot, you will moreover reach a jaw-dropping semi private beach.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

We highly recommend using the local porter service for luggage transport. Luggage porter rates: €15 per piece between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm €20 per piece for arrivals by sea €20 per piece for arrivals between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am Please note these rates are subject to change.
