Looking at the rooms you will find: Ambra Room which is sea-view master bed-room with queen-size bed, air conditioning, TV SAT, safe, en suite bathroom with shower. Going on, the Aquamarine Room is master bed-room with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, with ceiling fan, TV, safe, en suite bathroom with shower.
Also the Zaffiro has queen-size bed, air conditioning, TV SAT, safe, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi. This room can, on request, be equipped with an extra single bed;
Emerald Room: twin room with two single beds, air conditioning, TV SAT, safe, bathroom en suite with shower.
This room can, on request, be converted into a double bed and can be equipped with an additional single bed.
The Maiori Seafront Beach Villa also has a large air-conditioned open space with a spectacular sea view; sitting area with TV SAT hi-fi system and fan; dining table; a modern, fully equipped kitchen super-equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Culligan Water Softner & Culligan Drinking Water System; domotised interior and exterior lighting management system; video intercom; video surveillance system.
Exteriors
Maiori Seafront Beach Villa also has a large, well-kept garden. Adjacent to it there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue; two outdoor dining tables (one garden view and one seaview).
In the property you will also find a laundry room with service bathroom, washing and tumble dryer. Following the Villa is characterized by two breathtaking sea view terraces with outdoor lounge also a large solarium equipped with sunbeds and two outdoor showers.
Location
Maiori Seafront Beach Villa has private access to the magnificent Salicerchie beach with the possibility – on request and against payment – of reserving sunbeds and umbrellas on a small beach operating on the beach and open from June to September.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
