Interiors
Inside, Seafront Terrace Villa is bright and welcoming. The spacious living room features tiled floors, plush sofas, a TV, and a six-seater dining table. From here, guests can step directly onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals. In addition, there is a private bar area with a wine cellar and counter for drinks.
The six bedrooms are beautifully decorated and each has a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and stunning sea views. Four of the bedrooms also feature a sofa bed that can be prepared if needed, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 16 guests in total (maximum 12 adults, plus up to 4 children). Furthermore, the patterned tiles, colorful furnishings, and original artworks add a modern twist to the traditional coastal style.
Exteriors
The outdoor areas in Seafront Terrace Villa are designed across several levels, each with its own character. At the entrance level, a solarium offers sun loungers, coffee tables, and a bubbling Jacuzzi. This is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. On the villa level, a wide balcony runs across the front of the house and leads to a shaded dining terrace for convivial al fresco meals. The tiered gardens blend naturally into the cliffside and create inviting corners. Moreover, a mid-level terrace shaded by native trees and vines offers another quiet place to relax. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
