The Main Residence and independent Guest House offer six elegant sea-view suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, together with bright living and dining areas overlooking the Mediterranean. Original architectural features, including traditional tuff-stone vaulted ceilings, preserve the historic character of this exclusive island residence.

Set within approximately 25,000 m² of private island grounds, Isca offers exceptional outdoor living surrounded by the sea. Mediterranean gardens, olive trees, a vineyard and panoramic pathways frame spacious terraces, alfresco dining areas and a 46 m² seawater infinity pool with spectacular coastal views. The estate also features an outdoor kitchen with wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue, plus a private dock providing direct access to the Mediterranean.
Location
Isca enjoys an exceptional setting within the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area, between Capri, Li Galli and the Amalfi Coast. Despite its complete privacy, the island is only around five minutes by tender from Massa Lubrense, with Capri, Positano, Nerano and Amalfi all easily accessible by sea.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
