Located in the very heart of the beautiful village on the Amalfi Coast, this Positano Grand villa features striking views of the bay, a shared swimming pool and a semi private beach.
Built on the mountainside, the house, newly renovated, is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find the large living room with sofas and the separate dining room, with a wooden table. Both rooms have French windows to the terrace. Near the dining room, the lovely kitchen is covered with characteristic tiles from Positano; spacious and airy, it enjoys beautiful views through a large framed window and is equipped with an oven, a washing machine, a dish washer and a small breakfast table.
The sleeping area, consisting of 5 double bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, are on the first floor of the house (except 1 bedroom, which is on the ground floor). Three of the bedrooms have a king size bed, one bedroom has a queen size bed and one bedroom has twin beds. All have amazing windows overlooking the sea and access to the terraces of the property.
This Positano house for rent is located within an exclusive private area of Positano center, surrounded by a terraced garden. The house has three different terraces, the largest of which is on the ground floor and enjoys an unparalleled view over the bay of Positano, this terrace is furnished with the outdoor dining table under the shade of a pergola and the lounge, perfect for a drink at sunset. The two other terraces are located on the first floor and are accessible from two of the bedrooms.
Renting this Positano house, you will have access to a gorgeous lap pool perched on the mountainside. Stairs lead from the pool down to a semi private beach boasting crystal clear waters. The pool and the beach are shared by a small number of properties.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

We highly recommend using the local porter service for luggage transport. Luggage porter rates: €15 per piece between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm €20 per piece for arrivals by sea €20 per piece for arrivals between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am Please note these rates are subject to change.
