Interiors

Featuring an ultra panoramic position on the Amalfi Coast, this villa boasts direct access to the sea and ravishing modern interiors, bright and spacious. The Amalfi Coast Seaview Villa spreads across two floors, sleeping up to 10 guests in five elegantly refined, ensuite bedrooms. These are located on the lower floor, and are designed to offer maximum comfort to their guests, from the high-quality bed linens and plush mattresses to the far-reaching views over the Amalfi coastline from their windows and their individual access to the panoramic terrace. The interiors of these bedrooms are styled to exude a tranquil, sunny ambiance typical of this region in Italy.

Moving to the upper floors you will find a living area, furnished to provide ultimate relaxation and repose. A key feature of this space is the fully-equipped modern kitchen. It is fitted with all the appliances needed to put together meals to be enjoyed with family and friends.

Exteriors

Many of the Amalfi Coast Seaview Villa’s highlights are to be found outdoors. There is both a charming panoramic patio terrace on the ground floor and a beautiful sun terrace on the upper floor, both with incredible views over the famously breathtaking Amalfi coastline. The villa also offers direct beach access, meaning you can enjoy it just a few steps away.

This property was recently fitted with a 5×3.5m heated pool with jet stream. This area is also fitted with new and stylish wooden panel floor, and it is from this area that another set of steps lead down to the beach. The remaining exteriors offer a calming lemon grove pergola, where you can spend the hours day-dreaming and reading in the delightful hammock.

Location

The Amalfi Coast needs no introduction. The preferred hideaway for historical figures such as Escher, Jackie Kennedy, Pablo Neruda and D.H. Lawrence, it is breathtakingly quaint. Built into the cliffside, its towns are famous for their unique houses that have inspired many artists of the past.

This villa lies just above the main beach of Praiano, a town that sits in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. The nearby Furore fjord (12 km) is extremely characteristic with its winding network of secret beaches, connected by steps.

Slightly further afield, Positano lies just 9km away, Amalfi 10km, Ravello 17km away. Guests can also take the frequent boats that depart from Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida to see more of the area.

The villa does not have parking spaces, but at less than 1km guests will find a toll parking.
