The apartment features a great position, as lies in the historic watchtower of Positano. As you can imagine, the view over the sea and the Amalfi Coast is simply spectacular. This Positano charming apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has traditional cotto floors and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and an armchair around a coffee table, a wooden folding table that can be used for dinner, an antique chest of drawers on which you will find the Sat TV, and two stylish paintings representing two tigers, that give the space an exotic touch. Next to the living room is the blue and white kitchen. This features a beautiful traditional fireplace ideal for cooking on the grill. It is also well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom, white-colored, has a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a panoramic private terrace furnished with two chairs and a small table. The second bedroom, yellow-colored, has a queen size bed, a big wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a French window leading to the terrace. One of the highlights of this Amalfi Coast apartment for rent is the ultra panoramic terrace. This overlooks the blue Mediterranean and the unique fishing village of Positano. Please note that the property is situated aprox 70 steps (mixed to pathways) below the main road and we suggest to use town porters.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking 6 months prior to your arrival, your booking deposit will be completely refunded.
• If you cancel from 6 to 3 months prior to arrival, you have to pay 50% of booking deposit as penalty (25% of the total amount).
• If you cancel from 3 to 2 months prior to arrival, 75% of the booking deposit is due (37,5% of the total amount).
• If you cancel from 3 to 2 months prior to arrival, no return of deposit (50% of the total amount).
• If you cancel 1 month prior to arrival, you will lose 75% of the total amount.
