Interiors

The Maiori Elegant Villa consists of an old country house that has been renovated and equipped with every modern comfort.
Going inside the Villa you will find 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, for a maximum capacity of 6 guests.
The disposable rooms are:
Ginestra Room which is a sea view master bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub
Following Mortella Room is a twin room with two single beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, en suite bathroom with shower; this room can be converted into a double room on request.
The last room is the Lauro Room: double room with queen size bed, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, satellite TV, safe, en suite bathroom with bathtub.
Inside the Villa, there is also a large air-conditioned living room with TV SAT, a stone fireplace, and a guest bathroom.
The entrance hall has an adjacent study. Following you will find an air-conditioned dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and service bathroom.
Going into the cooking area there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen on two levels with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, seven-burner hob, washing machine, and a traditional wood-burning pizza oven.

Exteriors

Outside, Maiori Elegant Villa is immersed in a typical Amalfi Coast colorful lemon grove.
Moreover, the Property has a large private garden, an outdoor dining table, two barbecues, a sea view terrace with an outdoor sitting area, a private vegetable and herb garden, a solarium with shower, sun loungers, and sun umbrella.
The Maiori Elegant Villa also has a spectacular freshwater infinity pool (8m x 4m) with a jacuzzi waterfall-blade corner. The pool can be heated on request.

Location

The Property is accessible via a staircase with a total of 55 steps and a small road within the property (approx. 200m) for which a private golf cart is available for guests. In addition, Maiori Elegant Villa has 4 levels with a total of 44 steps. The Villa has a large private parking area for up to 4 cars.
