Interiors

On the lower floor, guests find the private wellness area, the Calidarium. It includes a heated hydromassage, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, two showers, and a changing room. Moreover, massages and beauty treatments are available on request.

The ground floor of Chianti Villa with Spa showcases Tuscan character with cotto floors, stone walls, and timber beams. A cosy lounge with fireplace opens to the main lounge and a spacious dining room with direct access outdoors. Additionally, the large, fully equipped kitchen is sized for group cooking and dining. On this level there is also the La Casetta Suite, which offers a private sitting room with fireplace, a kitchenette, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Air conditioning and mosquito screens ensure comfort.

Upstairs, the first floor hosts seven bedrooms, each with private facilities. Six bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms; the seventh has twin beds that can be joined and a private external bathroom with shower. Furthermore, one bedroom includes a safe and satellite TV, three feature 170×190 cm beds, one opens to a large balcony, and another enjoys a charming mezzanine. A generous sitting room with fireplace completes this level and invites relaxed evenings.

Adjacent to the main house, the 150 sqm cottage provides extra privacy. Once the estate barn, it now offers a lounge with fireplace and TV, a kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Every room has air conditioning. Hand-painted tiles, pastel walls, and antique furnishings create a serene, rural elegance. In addition, the cottage has a private garden with direct access to the pool. It is opened when needed to reach the full 20-guest capacity.

Exteriors

Chianti Villa with Spa sits within flowering gardens and a majestic private park framed by vineyards and woodland. The panoramic pool measures 8 by 16 metres, with depths from 0.2 to 3 metres. Notably, it features a mosaic-tiled hydromassage area and a waterfall. Outside, the dining terrace and lounge overlook the valley, so long lunches and sunset aperitifs feel effortless. The property is gated for peace of mind. Upon request, the team can arrange wine tastings, cooking classes, and tickets for museums and exhibitions, thereby enriching every stay.

Location

Chianti Villa with Spa lies in open countryside, just 3 km from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. Therefore, shops and essential services are close at hand. Tennis courts in Sambuca Val di Pesa are about 10 minutes away, while the train station and hospital in Poggibonsi are roughly 30 minutes by car. Golf Ugolino in Florence is about a 40-minute drive, and Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport about 45 minutes. In approximately one hour you can reach the Pisa–Lucca coastline. For day trips, Florence and San Gimignano are around 30 km away, Siena about 40 km, Volterra 50 km, Pisa 80 km, and Arezzo 110 km. Consequently, exploring the best of Tuscany is simple and highly rewarding.
