The mansion, with its classic Tuscan architecture, spreads across 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the living area, the kitchen and a bedroom. The bright double living room is divided by a wall with arches and features original wooden ceilings. This space also has comfortable armchairs in front of the fireplace, a round table with chairs, and several paintings. Furthermore, a smaller living room serves a TV room. Next to the living area is the main dining room, with a long table seating up to 10 people and a fireplace. A second smaller dining room with fireplace is next to it. On the same floor there is also a large games room with a billiard table. In addition to this, you will find a living area and one bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. The first floor of the Chianti luxury mansion features another living room with a Murano glass chandelier. The sleeping area consists of 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The first double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. This offers a beautiful view of the garden. Next to it, there are 3 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. You will also find 2 twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Finally, a double and a twin room share one bathroom. Upon request guests can also rent some extra areas of the property, located on the second floor of the villa. The first extra area is an apartment up to 7 people with separate living room. The apartment has 1 large room with three single beds, 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with twin beds, 1 big bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. The second extra area is an apartment up to 6 people, with separate entrance. It holds 1 double bedroom, 2 rooms with twin beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, and 1 with shower.

1 hectare of gardens dotted with beautiful cypress trees surround this property. The villa moreover has a private swimming pool and a private tennis court. Although the villa is not air conditioned the cool marble and hilltop position of the house keep the interiors of this Chianti luxury mansion fresh even during the summer. The green lawn in front of the villa, the dining area under the shade of white parasols and the cool fountain are perfect places to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Chianti countryside.

This Chianti luxury mansion is located in the heart of Tuscan wine country. Close to the unique art city of Siena, this Chianti villa is the main building of a historic estate dating back to 1700. The swimming pool opens on May 1st and closes on September 25th.
