Villa Vista Mare spans 450m² across four floors, each with a spacious terrace and panoramic sea views. The villa features two beautifully furnished living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and seven elegantly designed bedrooms with contemporary décor and modern comforts. Most bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while one bedroom has a private bathroom accessed from the corridor. Large glass doors flood the main living spaces with natural light, creating bright and inviting interiors throughout. The layout is particularly well suited for large or multi-generational groups, offering generous shared living areas alongside plenty of private space. A separate dependance at the rear of the villa is discreetly occupied by on-site staff who provide daily housekeeping and breakfast service while ensuring guests’ privacy.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
