Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceFabulous pool with wraparound furnished terraces. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31. The pool is 20x6m, 2 m deep. Putting green for golfers; Outdoor children’s play area; Well-equipped garden kitchen with pizza oven; Housekeeping services include daily Italian breakfast (pastry, coffee, milk, cappuccino, orange juice, season fruit); Daily cleaning 8 hours a day, all days; Air conditioning throughout; Wi-Fi; Bed linen and towels included (changed every 3 days); Lift (please note that this is only from the first floor. Access to the first floor is via an internal staircase); Secure parking for 4 cars; Concierge service; Electric car charging station;
Not included in the priceTourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 18 years do not pay; For arrivals from 8:00 PM to midnights a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.
