Interiors

Asolo Historic Residence comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across two main units. Upon entering the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace and plush seating, which leads into an elegant dining room adorned with an open fireplace and antique paintings. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, oven, and fridge, as well as a cozy sitting room with large windows. Additionally, there are two bathrooms and a charming winter garden on this floor.

The first floor offers a grand living area along with a separate study. There are two double bedrooms on this level, each with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower attachment.

On the second floor, guests will find another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This level also includes a single bedroom and an additional double bedroom, which share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower attachment. Finally, a twin bedroom with its own en suite bathroom completes the floor.

The annexe is set over two floors and accommodates 2 guests in one double bedroom. Each floor has independent access. The ground floor features a comfortable living area, while the first floor includes the double bedroom with its own bathroom, a studio area with a sofa that can be converted into a child’s bed, and a kitchen.

The property is fully equipped with air conditioning and WiFi, and benefits from its own team of staff. Amenities also include satellite television, a washer and dryer, and the presence of full-time resident custodians.

Exteriors

This Veneto luxury villa has the perfect location, set back from the village of Asolo yet still only a few minutes walk from its centre. This beautiful historical building dates back to 1696. An elegant Venetian villa, the property has all modern comforts and luxurious finishes. The villa is in 15000 square metres of landscaped gardens with manicured lawns and flowerbeds bordered by cypress and olive trees. Here guests will find the private heated pool (measuring 17.6 metres x 6.2 metres, with a depth of 1.30 metres) and a large terrace for outdoor dining. There is private parking and a chapel on the property. The owner lives in the house next door, separate from the villa occupied by guests.

Location

Asolo is a pretty medieval town, set against a fairytale landscape of Palladian villas, hilltop villages and gently sloping vineyards. In the village itself guests can enjoy excellent local restaurants at walking distance, as well as wine bars serving the famous Asolo prosecco. You will also find a golf club just a 10 minute drive from the property, and guests can explore the surrounding countryside on foot, horseback or by bike. Asolo is only 35km from Treviso airport and both Verona and Venice make easy day trips. Both are magical destinations, from the Roman ruins at Verona to the breathtaking beauty of Venice’s lagoon. Guests can also enjoy authentic local cuisine (as well as prosecco and grappa) at Valdobiadenne or Bassano del Grappa.
