The interiors combine traditional Alpine warmth with contemporary design, featuring natural materials, refined finishes and large floor-to-ceiling windows.The chalet includes four king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Two additional sleeping places can be arranged for children only, bringing the total capacity to 10 guests. The main living areas include spacious lounge spaces, a professional kitchen and a private bar. The private wellness area features a whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, massage room and Zero Body lounger. Guests can also enjoy a Technogym fitness room, yoga area, home cinema, pool table and VR entertainment.
Exterior
Selva di Val Gardena Chalet is surrounded by approximately 700 m² of private Alpine garden and features a spacious sun terrace with panoramic views of the Dolomites. Its modern Alpine architecture blends naturally with the surrounding landscape, while the elevated position ensures privacy and tranquillity. A private garage with electric-vehicle charging is also available.

Located in Selva di Val Gardena, close to the Plan da Tieja slopes and approximately 500 metres from the Col Raiser gondola.The location provides easy access to the Val Gardena ski area and Sellaronda, while also offering excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities during the warmer months.Combining privacy, spectacular mountain scenery and easy access to the slopes, the Chalet offers a refined Alpine experience in one of the most renowned areas of the Dolomites.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
