Interiors
Amalfi Seafront Villa features over 300 sqm of restored living space, with vaulted ceilings, handcrafted Vietri ceramics, antique furnishings and carefully selected finishes that reflect the history of the Amalfi Coast.
The bright living room includes comfortable seating, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating, with direct access to a panoramic sea-view terrace. The dining room offers views over Amalfi and access to the terrace. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, mocha coffee maker, American coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances.
The residence accommodates up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, each with sea views, air conditioning, direct access to the panoramic terrace and a private en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms include two rooms with queen-size beds, one family suite composed of three interconnected rooms with a sitting area and double bedroom, and one bedroom with a double bed.
All four en-suite bathrooms feature handcrafted Vietri ceramic finishes, walk-in showers, washbasins, toilets, bidets and hairdryers. Additional guest bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are also available.
Exteriors
The Amalfi Seafront Villa features two panoramic terraces overlooking Amalfi and the Mediterranean Sea. The main terrace of approximately 150 sqm includes outdoor dining areas, seating areas and sun loungers.
A private panoramic outdoor jacuzzi measuring 3 x 2.3 metres is available for guests to enjoy the sea views. The jacuzzi is not heated and is available from 1 April until 31 October.
Location
Amalfi Seafront Villa is located in the upper part of Amalfi’s historic centre, approximately 400 metres from Piazza Flavio Gioia.
The property is approximately 500 metres from Amalfi Cathedral, 450 metres from the ferry terminal and beach, and around 400 metres from restaurants, cafés, shops, grocery stores and the SITA bus terminal.
The villa can be reached from Piazza Flavio Gioia by climbing approximately 300 steps. Alternatively, guests may use the public panoramic elevator (subject to availability and a local fee), followed by approximately 60 additional steps.
For the 2026 season, the closest public elevator is temporarily out of service due to technical maintenance. Guests can use an alternative public elevator followed by approximately 150 steps, with complimentary porter service included for arrival and departure.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
