Interiors

The Amalfi Seafront Villa is a splendid luxury villa for 8 people built in 1600, with plenty of sunlight and an enchanting view of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. The property is about 300 square meters and has an outdoor bathtub, private terraces with sea view, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. The wide panoramic view is enjoyable from every point of the house. The living area is bright and elegant, with the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. In detail, the furnishings include a sofa and a Smart T, AC and heating. From the living room there is access through French door to a second terrace with sea view. Moving to the dining room, there is a beautiful table and a large window with a beautiful panorama of Amalfi. Through a French door you can access the second terrace with sea view from the dining room. Arriving to the kitchen you will find an induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, mocha coffee maker, American coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. The two windows of the room grant a wonderful light and sea view. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, with also a small bathroom with a toilet and sink. The laundry room is accessible from the corridor. Going to the sleeping area, you will find 4 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and private bathroom. Additionally one of the rooms has a living area and a sleeping area. All the rooms are in white and are accessible from the second terrace. The 4 private ensuite bathrooms are decorated with handmade ceramics and all have a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.

Exteriors

The private main terrace has an area of about 150 m² and presents tasteful tables and chairs, armchairs, awnings and a barbecue. From the terrace you have an enchanting view of the sea and the coast. In the outdoor area there is a 3 x 2.3 meter bathtub, the area offers umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From here you have a breathtaking view of Amalfi and there is enough space for all guests of the house. The pool is available from the beginning of April until the end of October. In the second terrace you find an elegant table and chairs. From here you have a magnificent view of the sea and the coast. The terrace can be accessed from the living room, dining room or bedrooms.

Location

You are about 300 meter from Piazza Flavio Gioia, the centre of Amalfi, where you can find stores, restaurants, the beach, the bus stop SITA and the port. Amalfi Seafront Villa is reachable  from the square by taking the public elevator (open from 8 am to midnight), which will bring you close to the villa, or by walking up about 300 steps.
