The Franciacorta large villa sleeps up to 23 guests in 10 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. The house is spacious and comfortable at 1000 square metres. It is separated into two separate areas that can be joined together. The house is beautifully decorated with frescoes and elegant furniture. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with two dishwashers, a fridge, two ovens and gas hobs. It also has all the equipment necessary to prepare a delicious meal. There is one smaller sitting room as well as three further spacious sitting rooms. You will find all three areas comfortably furnished with sofas. The largest boasts a lovely frescoed ceiling, fireplace and TV. The large dining room has plenty of space for all guests at the villa to enjoy an evening meal together.
These ground floor rooms open out onto the garden. In addition a beautiful shaded portico runs the length of the house and provides a further dining area. On the first floor you will find the sleeping area. The first suite has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. In addition you will find four further double bedrooms, each decorated individually and elegantly. There is one single bedroom and finally a triple bedroom. You will also find seven bathrooms. Finally there are a further two bedrooms available. One has five beds, and the second is a double bedroom in the annexe close to the swimming pool.
Exteriors
This Franciacorta large villa offers a beautiful outside space. A gorgeous landscaped garden with manicured flower beds, mature trees and winding paths surrounds the house. Here you will also find a large private swimming pool (6×12 metres) which has a diving board and security cover. Next to the pool there is a garden annexe. Here you will find a changing room and bathroom as well as a table tennis table, a large barbecue and a table football table. This is the perfect spot for children to play and for relaxed evening meals al fresco. In addition, at the pool you will find all modern safety features. This includes an electric cover for the pool which you can activate and work easily.
Location
Our Franciacorta large villa is a stunning manor house dating from the 17th century. It is in the centre of Bornato. This traditional village is in the breathtaking area of Franciacorta, an area renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. Sloping green hills surround the villa, covered in vineyards that produce both red and sparkling white wine. This lovely property is set in an idyllic countryside setting. However, it is within easy walking distance of the village’s shops and facilities.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

Each additional person beyond the 14 included will pay €55.00 per day per person, up to a maximum of 26 beds, regardless of the number of days they stay compared to the full booking of the group.
