This Tuscan Villa built in stone is on two floors. On the ground floor Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with classic majolica wood-burning stove and a large dining table. A few steps lead to the wide living area with fireplace and beautiful ceilings with original barrel arches. The kitchen and living room open onto the garden. On the same floor Guests will find a spacious bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the sleeping area. The first two double bedrooms (160×200 cm) have ensuite bathrooms with shower. The third double bedroom (160×200 cm) shares a bathroom with shower with a twin bedroom (80×200 cm). The villa has air conditioning in all four rooms.
The villa has a large fenced garden and features a swimming pool surrounded by impressive flower beds, patiently groomed. Just in front of the kitchen, Guests will find an external pergola with a table for al fresco dining which boasts amazing views of the countryside. Here is also a stone wood-oven ideal for cooking pizza. The outdoor lounge under the shade of a parasol enjoys a great view of the Chianti hills.
The Villa is close to Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Forte dei Marmi, all within a short drive. In addition to the cities of art, Chianti is world famous for the production of wine and olive oil. Among the activities not to be missed are the wine tastings in the cellars of the area. A day trip to the sea, a dinner in a typical restaurant or a visit to one of the splendid Tuscan museums: Chianti is a paradise for gourmands, lovers of art and nature. The closest village is Chianni, a charming medieval spot where you will find the essentials.
