Able to accommodate up to 13 guests across a primary villa and smaller separate annex, this entire property boasts plenty of locations to relax in premium comfort. Within the main building’s ground floor, you’ll find a large living space with a stunning open fireplace, satellite TV, and an array of cosy armchairs and sofas. Featuring a large fully-equipped kitchen with a dedicated breakfast area, you have everything you need to enjoy preparing all meals of the day. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room able to accommodate up to 12 people, with a spacious sun room on the opposite side. Equipped with a billiards table, comfortable seating areas and a further TV, this room provides direct access to outdoor areas. Upon entering the first floor, you’ll come across two spacious double bedrooms, as well as a twin bedroom and a fourth bedroom with a French-sized double bed. All fully furnished and featuring sophisticated yet traditional décor, all bedrooms on this floor feature their own en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom can be found within the adjoining split-level tower, alongside a spacious en suite bathroom. And upon entering this property’s separate annex building, you have access to a further French-size double bed in addition to a smaller single bed – complete with two individual bathrooms.

Exteriors

This villa’s grounds are dominated by stunning Tuscan countryside views, alongside well-kept private rolling lawns, a bocce court and stunningly colourful flowerbeds. Situated directly between the main building and separate annex, you’ll find a spacious open terrace area complete with a dining table and outdoor barbeque. A gazebo covers the entire dining space, providing much-needed shade in the height of summer. A 12x7m swimming pool is also present here, in addition to an array of included sun beds and fluffy pool towels.

Located just 1km away from the nearest town, Palaia, you can easily access an array of shops, restaurants and banks. Ideal for all your daily essentials, you certainly don’t have to travel far to your nearest amenities. Conveniently situated just 30 minutes away from Pisa airport, this villa is easily accessible after landing. And as you’re only an hour away from cultural Florence and Lucca, and just 40 minutes from Volterra and San Gimignano, there’s ample opportunity to explore all the delights Tuscany has to offer.
