Interiors
The villa is accessed from the parking area through the main gate, via lift or staircase. Inside, the panoramic living room is bright and spacious, divided into a comfortable seating area with three elegant sofas and a 55” satellite TV, and a dining area with a large table.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a five-burner hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, small wine cellar, ice maker, dishwasher, moka pot, toaster, and kettle. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the terrace with built-in BBQ and wood-fired oven. A laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available.
The villa offers six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, two bedrooms feature king-size beds, satellite TV, minibar, safe, and access to terraces with spectacular sea views, including views of the Li Galli islands. A third upper-floor bedroom has two single beds, satellite TV, minibar, safe, and a balcony with sea view.
On the ground floor, one bedroom with a king-size bed and 70” satellite TV opens onto a sea-view terrace. Another bedroom with two single beds and 70” satellite TV also enjoys terrace access. A guest cloakroom with sink and toilet is located on this level.
An independent outhouse hosts the sixth bedroom, with a king-size bed, 70” satellite TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to a sea-view terrace. Each bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet, shower, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer, while some also include a bidet.
Exteriors
The villa extends across approximately 500 square meters of outdoor space. Surrounding gardens and panoramic terraces frame the sea views. Most importantly, the infinity pool sits directly in front of the sea and includes hydro-massage seating. Guests reach the pool area through the patio in front of the living room. Here, they find sun beds and a hot outdoor shower.
In addition, the ground-floor terrace measures around 140 square meters and divides into seating and dining areas. A three-metre-long dining table, built-in BBQ, and wood-fired oven complete the space. Awnings and an ancient olive tree provide natural shade. Furthermore, the upper floor offers another large terrace accessed directly from the bedrooms.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceWi-Fi; Air conditioning throughout and central heating; Infinity pool with hydro-massage (3.9 m wide, 9 m long, and from 1.2 to 1.7 m deep). The pool is open the all year. It is possible to have the pool heated on request in advance, for a fee; Towels (changed every day) and bedlinen (changed every 2 days); Daily cleaning (5 hours Mon-Sat) and final cleaning; 2 Lifts; Parking for 2 cars inside the gates; Welcome pack and daily breakfast (bread, croissants, cookies, pastries, seasonal fruits, yoghurt, butter, orange juice, marmalade, honey, coffee, milk); Direct access to the sea. You can get straight to the beach either by private cable car, or by foot (includes the stairs).
Not included in the priceTourist tax 3,00 Euros per day per person from April 1 to October 31 for the first 7 nights. The children under 18 years do not pay; Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM = 60,00 euros to be paid at the arrival; late arrival fee after 00:00 midnight = 80,00 euros.
