Interiors

Set on a panoramic hill, the villa has modern interiors and is on three floors. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with AC and large windows overlooking the garden. The dining room has access to the terrace, where you can enjoy great views. Close to the living is the professional kitchen with induction hob and electric oven. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first room has a double bed, while the second has twin beds.

On the first floor you will find five bedrooms with bouble beds. Three of them have ensuite bathrooms, and two share a bathroom.

On the second floor there is a lounge with kitchenette, TV and dining table for four people. This space has AC and access to a super panoramic terrace equipped with sun beds and a table. From this terrace you can admire a fantastic view of the sea and the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. On this floor there is the last bedroom of the villa, with en-suite bathroom.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and TV, and all the bathrooms have walk-in showers.

The laundry can be reached through the terrace.

Exteriors

The villa is surrounded by a wonderful, well manicured garden full of trees, flowers, fragrant bushes and places to relax.

The swimming pool (8×4 meters, depth 1.8 meters) is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. Here the view of the sea, Capri and the coast leaves you breathless. The partially covered panoramic terrace features tables and chairs for 20 people. In the garden you will also find an outdoor kitchen and a half bathroom.

Location

The Sorrento Large Villa enjoys an ideal location. The village of Sant’Agata dei Due Golfi, so called because it overlooks two gulfs, the Gulf of Sorrento and the Gulf of Salerno, is 1 km away and can be reached with a pleasant walk. Here you will find restaurants, shops and the bus stop.

The area is also crossed by several nature trails: the most famous leads to the nearby Bay of Ieranto, a real jewel entrusted to the care of the F.A.I. (Italian Environment Fund).

The nearest restaurant is 400 meters away and the nearest beach 6 km.
