Interiors

Overlooking steep cliffs that plunge into the sea, this villa has three floors, connected via both stairs and an elevator. The interiors are bright and equipped with all the desired comforts, with amazing panoramic windows that frame the sea. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a corner bar and dining area, the centre-piece of which is a table for up to 18 guests. The living area opens onto a beautiful terrace with sea views, furnished with deckchairs and a table which can seat 8 guests. On the same floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a guest toilet.

The first floor is accessible by the elevator or internal stairs. Here, you will find a studio with a small lounge and access to a patio, on which you will find a wood burning oven, BBQ and the main outdoor table for up to 14 people. From this terrace, it is possible to access the upper floors and the swimming pool area on the top floor. On the first floor you will also find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to a panoramic terrace. The second double bedroom has a round bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath for two people. These two bedrooms have access to a panoramic terrace where a 5-person whirlpool welcomes guests. The third double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has access to a second terrace, which also leads to the upper floors.

The second floor, accessible via lift, features two double bedrooms, both with access to a panoramic terrace with sea views. Two further bedrooms, a double room and one with single beds, are located on the side of the garden. These two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, can be joined together.

Exteriors

You will find the villa’s swimming pool on the third floor, accessible by an external staircase. The pool area features a spacious solarium with sunbeds and deckchairs. In addition to the swimming pool, guests can enjoy an unforgettable 6-person whirlpool on the first floor terrace.

The different levels of terraces – some shaded by pergolas or trees, others made to appreciate the full sun-drenched experience – offer up iconic views and a perfect environment in which to enjoy the Sorrento peninsula’s warm sun to the fullest.

The villa also has parking space for two cars. From the parking lot there are approximately 20 steps up to the villa.

Location

The villa boasts an exceptional location on the southern coast of the Sorrento Peninsula. The closest center is the seaside village of Nerano, 3 kilometers from the villa. With its picturesque center, typical restaurants, grocery shops and craft shops, Nerano is a great day-trip destination in the area. Around Nerano, there are some of the most beautiful beaches on this stretch of coast. The beach of Marina del Cantone, with its beach club and restaurants, is 500 meters from the villa. The unmissable city of Sorrento, built on a cliff overlooking the sea, is about 30 minutes away from the property by car. The closest restaurants and shops are just 5 minutes away by car.
