Sorrento Cliffside Villa offers a perfect blend of Mediterranean elegance and modern luxury. The villa’s tasteful white-and-blue color scheme enhances its serene ambiance, while the panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea create a truly unique setting.
The property spans two floors. On the upper floor, the main living area features three comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed, along with a dining table for six. Adjacent to this is a fully equipped kitchen with high-end amenities, including a wine fridge, ice machine, and various coffee makers. The kitchen opens onto the outdoor spaces and leads to a separate dining room with a large round table.
This floor includes two bedrooms: a double room with sea views and a twin room (convertible into a king-size bed) overlooking the garden. Two bathrooms complete the upper level.
On the lower floor are two master suites. The first boasts a four-poster king-size bed with large windows, while the second features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and shower. Both rooms have direct access to a private deck with a hot tub and lounge seating.
Exteriors
Sorrento Cliffside Villa’s outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The heated infinity pool blends seamlessly with the Tyrrhenian Sea, while the surrounding sun terrace offers loungers and umbrellas for soaking up the Amalfi sun.
Guests can enjoy shaded lounge areas under a pergola, alfresco dining with a wood and gas pizza oven, and a barbecue. Additional features include a massage gazebo, gym terrace, outdoor Jacuzzi, and beautifully landscaped gardens spanning 5,000 square meters.

Situated in the quiet village of Colli di Fontanelle, the villa is just 7 kilometers from Sorrento and 9 kilometers from Positano. Restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are within walking distance, and the complimentary pick-up service at Lo Stuzzichino restaurant in Sant’Agata adds convenience.
Sorrento Cliffside Villa’s peaceful location ensures privacy, while its proximity to key attractions like the beaches of Sorrento and Positano, as well as Pompeii, makes it an ideal base for exploring the Amalfi Coast.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
