Interiors

Boasting a stunning location on the Sorrento Coast, the villa expands over 3 floors. Airy and bright, the interiors open seamlessly onto a breathtaking panorama. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with a TV area and fireplace, a formal dining room with seating for 12 guests, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of 5 double bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts stunning sea views and an unforgettable private terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-alone shower. The second bedroom has a sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and indoor Jacuzzi pool (fitting up to 6 people). The third and fourth bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms, while the fifth has a shared bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and are accented by their natural wooden floors. All bathrooms have stand-alone showers. You will find a TV in three of the five rooms, and in one room there is a mini-bar.

Exterior

The intense blue of the sea, the bright pink of the bougainvillea in bloom: these are the vivid colors of the villa’s two panoramic terraces. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor beds. Close to the swimming pool, you will find the outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola, provided for by the outdoor kitchen, which features a barbecue. In addition to the swimming pool, the villa has a small infinity pool with hydro-massage functions which overlooks a panorama of quite rare and breath-taking beauty. Don’t miss out on a midnight swim dip, when the smooth waters are illuminated by the clear and starry skies.

The property is gated and parking space for 2 vehicles available for guests.

Location

The villa boasts an exceptional location on the southern coast of the Sorrento Peninsula. The closest center is the seaside village of Nerano, a slice of paradise nestled into the coastline. With its picturesque center, typical restaurants and craft shops, Nerano makes for the perfect day trip in the area. Around Nerano, there are some of the most beautiful beaches of the coastal area. The beach of Marina del Cantone is a 5 minute walk from the villa. The unmissable city of Sorrento, built on a cliff overlooking the sea, is 30 minutes away from the property by car. The closest restaurants and shops are just 5 minutes away by car.
