Interiors
Spread across two levels and covering about 400 square meters, Praiano Panoramic Villa accommodates up to six guests in refined style. Inside, the atmosphere is bright and contemporary, enriched by ceramic tiles, soft coastal colors, and touches of Mediterranean craftsmanship.
On the main floor, guests will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area that opens directly onto a panoramic terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and professional accessories, ideal for preparing traditional Italian meals. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and one bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace.
On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the garden. Every room enjoys independent air conditioning, satellite TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and a safe. The bathrooms are elegantly designed and include hairdryers and premium amenities. Thanks to the large windows, natural light fills the rooms, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.
Exteriors
Outside, the villa’s terraced gardens open to one of the most spectacular sea views on the Amalfi Coast. Guests can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy an al fresco dinner while watching the sun sink into the horizon.
The heated and illuminated Swim Spa pool is the perfect spot to unwind under the stars. Moreover, the outdoor gym area, complete with a treadmill, dumbbells, and other fitness equipment, allows guests to work out while admiring the sparkling sea.

Praiano Panoramic Villa enjoys an exceptional location, just a short distance from Praiano’s town center, one of the most authentic and peaceful villages along the Amalfi Coast. From the parking area on the main road, guests reach the villa via a scenic staircase of 78 ancient stone steps.
The nearest supermarket is approximately 900 meters away, while the beach of Marina di Praia, a charming rocky cove loved by locals and visitors alike, lies about 3 kilometers from the property. Positano is 7 km away, Amalfi is 10 km away, and Ravello is around 17 km inland. Naples International Airport is approximately 64 km from the villa.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
