The first bedroom boasts a four-poster super king bed, while the second and third bedrooms have super king beds that can be converted into twins. The fourth bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed.
The spacious living room provides a stylish yet cozy ambiance, complete with plush sofas, a dining table for eight, a piano, and an open fireplace. Entertainment is seamless with a smart TV, a high-quality sound system, and superfast broadband.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, and washing machine, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the villa includes air conditioning and heating throughout, as well as two security safes for peace of mind.

Praiano Majestic View Villa’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive. A private first-floor panoramic terrace, featuring an electric pergola, offers a stunning setting for al fresco dining. The terrace includes an Indian Ocean dining table for 14 guests, a comfortable outdoor living area with sofas and chairs, and sun loungers to soak in the Mediterranean sunshine.
Guests can also enjoy a private lawned garden with additional sun loungers and a superior terrace with a shaded daybed and seating under elegant archways. The villa provides off-street parking for one car, adding convenience for those exploring the area by vehicle.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
