If you want to experience the authentic beauty of the Amalfi Coast, famous for the fishing villages nestled into its steep coastline, you have come to the right place. This stunning two-story seaside villa was completely restored in 2009, with high quality furniture and state-of-the-art amenities. The villa features multiple lounge areas, including a private home theater as well as a Bose sound system. The sophisticated dining room has a table for up to 8 guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

An inviting indoor spa pool, set with mosaics and equipped with jet chromotherapy, truly spoils guests in search of total relaxation.

The villa can sleep up to 10 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms, and a living room that can be turned into the fifth bedroom upon request. All the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, a TV and sea views. On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a queen size bed, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace. The third bedroom has single beds that can convert into one queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a hamman. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, the second living room can be converted into a bedroom should another be required, with two single beds (or one queen size bed), en-suite bathroom and a private garden.

Exteriors

Standing beautifully on the panoramic hillside of Praiano, the villa features a salt-filtered swimming pool with pleasant solarium area and outdoor shower. The patio of the property is ideal for breakfast and al fresco meals, while the panoramic terrace will make you fall in love with the breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast.

Location

The villa is located in Praiano, a characteristic seaside village on the Amalfi Coast, sitting between Amalfi and Positano. Praiano has a more authentic feel to it than the nearby villages, and is perfect for those who want to visit the Amalfi Coast while also avoiding the tourist hubs. The nearby Marina di Praia beach is considered among the most beautiful in Italy.
