The villa’s interiors exude sophisticated warmth, creating the perfect environment for guests to feel at home. Positano Seaview Villa has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom, the largest, is located in the garden and features a double bed with direct access to the terrace. The second, also large and located on the terrace, also has a double bed. The third bedroom, situated at the back of the villa, has two separate beds that can be joined upon request. It also features a window with a view of the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning throughout the villa guarantees maximum comfort during the warmer months.
Exteriors
The villa’s 50-square-meter terrace is a highlight. It is shaded by a pergola fragrant with bougainvillea and a bamboo-roofed pergola, offering the perfect space for outdoor dining. Tables and chairs are provided for guests to enjoy meals while taking in the magnificent views of the sea, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast.
The villa also boasts a rare 100-square-meter garden in the heart of Positano, a luxury few villas in the area can offer. Guests can relax under pergolas covered with jasmine and solandra, dine at the garden table, or lounge on sunbeds while admiring the spectacular view of the coast and village.
Location
Positano Seaview Villa is ideally located just steps from the center of town. Guests have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the famous Positano beach, just four minutes’ walk away. The villa’s strategic location allows guests to enjoy the tranquility of a private retreat while being close to the lively life of Positano.
Unlike other villas that may be in more isolated positions, Positano Seaview Villa is nestled among the iconic, colorful houses of the village. It is only a minute’s walk from Sirenuse and the Franco bar. This central location ensures guests can fully immerse themselves in the authentic charm of Positano without sacrificing convenience.
Access to the villa involves descending approximately 35 steps, making it more suitable for guests over the age of 12. With its perfect combination of seclusion and accessibility, Positano Seaview Villa is the ideal base for exploring the beauty of the Amalfi Coast.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
