Positano Seaview Villa | Amalfi Coast

You will reach Positano Seaview Villa from the street level going down a route that includes approximately 20 + 15 stairway steps. The Villa is not recommended for children under the age of 12. Terrace The terrace is 50 square meters. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea-scented pergola and a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi coast.

The garden of  Positano Seaview Villa is 100 square meters. It is partly shaded by two characteristic pergolas one of Lemons and the other of jasmine and solandra. It is equipped with tables, chairs, umbrella and sunbeds. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Positano.

The first living room is paved with tiles with brushed enamel designs. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furniture is elegant and welcoming and includes some antique pieces. The dining table seats eight. In this room you will find a television (local and satellite channels). The living room leads to a balcony overlooking the sea and the coast through a French door. The bedroom also has a window with a sea view. It features two air conditioning / heating units.

The kitchen features a three-burner gas cooker and an electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee maker and a kettle. The kitchen has no windows.

One bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Middle Level Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom The ceiling of the third bedroom has an height of 1.90 meters (6.2 feet). It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). En-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Bottom Level

The dining table can accommodate eight guests. Living Room 3 – he floor is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is high and vaulted. Kitchen 2- It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven. Bedroom 4 – a suite with en-suite bathroom
