Positano Historic Villa accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 beautifully designed suites, each with a private bathroom. On request, 4 extra beds can be added, and an attic floor offers 4 additional suites for 8 more guests. The combination of these spaces makes it ideal for family gatherings and special events.
Guests enter on the second floor, where they find a grand living room, a spacious dining area, and a private study with a large library. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for both intimate meals and catered events. Hand-painted frescoes, neoclassical furnishings, and expansive terraces create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
The third floor houses four luxurious suites, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The attic level includes two family suites, with two interconnected rooms in each. Every room features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safes, minibars, and high-end toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.
Exteriors
Positano Historic Villa is surrounded by lush gardens filled with bougainvillea, citrus trees, and Mediterranean plants. The infinity pool, measuring 4.5m x 8.5m, offers panoramic views of the coastline. Multiple terraces provide shaded lounge areas, outdoor dining spaces, and a BBQ for guests to enjoy alfresco meals.
Location
Set in one of Italy’s most coveted locations, the villa is just minutes from Positano’s charming streets, top-rated restaurants, and famous beaches like Spiaggia Grande and Fornillo Beach. Visitors can explore historic landmarks such as the Saracen Towers and the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, known for its majolica-tiled dome and an ancient Roman villa buried beneath it.
Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello, and Naples are all within easy reach, making it convenient for day trips along the Amalfi Coast.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

Not included in the priceFood & beverage: a CASH deposit of € 3.000 will be asked at the arrival and it will be used during the stay for the daily grocery. At the end of the stay the remaining will be returned, or more will be asked if not enough; City Tax: € 2,50 per person per day to pay locally cash, children under 10 years old are excluded; (this tax may vary depending on Local Government’s decisions) Parking: the villa does not have a private parking, we collaborate with an external provider, the cost starts from € 80 per day. They provide valet service.
